If you have an old Toshiba Satellite LT, this is plug-n-play once you get the correct driver from the Toshiba web site. TWICE. I would love to review this but Amazon sent me a pair of head phones in error. It takes some thrashing about to find the driver, but keep at it and you will eventually locate it. I have returned both with RMA and have yet to get a refund for the canceled order. I found the card on eBay, got it in 2 days, it works fine. This card is the answer to all those plug in PCM cards that work when the mood strikes. The card is five stars, -2 for Amazon's non delivery and missing in action refund.
I received this item promptly and it was a snap to install. XP had the drivers and it was 1-2-3. Has been working great.
This item fit my older Toshiba S1405 laptop perfectly. I am very pleased with the product and the price.
I installed this pci card in my old Toshiba 1905-S301 - worked 100% perfect. Download the driver from the Toshiba website. Its a 802.11"b" protocol not a "g", so you can only get a maximum of 11Mbs(not 54Mbs)transmission rate. I was OK with that.
Purchased this product even after others indicated that this would NOT work on a A15-S129, but for $8.00, worth a try. This product just plain works. Installed and did some simple configuring and was able to see more access points than ever, and my own wireless network was recieved with better reception, and less errors than before. All in all -- a great product.
